Team Training ("the app") is a private training dashboard for a small, invite-only group (up to 4 people). It is run by Solid Builders ("we", "us") at https://trainingapp.solidbuilders.co.uk. The Android and iOS apps show the same service as the website. This policy explains what data the app uses and why.
Only people who have been invited by the group administrator. There is no public sign-up, no advertising and no in-app purchases. The app is not intended for children under 16.

your data anywhere else.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it for profiling or tracking.
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, intervals.icu API keys are encrypted, and the database is only reachable from the server.
While you are a member. When you delete your account, or the group administrator removes you, your account and all of your activities, health data, calendar entries and settings are deleted from the live database. Private server backups (not publicly accessible) may still contain it for up to 30 days, after which they are deleted.
You can delete your account yourself at any time: sign in → Members → Your account → Delete my account, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate. It removes your profile, your saved intervals.icu athlete ID and encrypted API key, and all of your activities, health data, planned workouts and layout settings. Nothing is deleted in intervals.icu itself; you can also regenerate your API key there. Full instructions: https://trainingapp.solidbuilders.co.uk/delete-account
If you can't sign in, ask your group administrator to remove you (Members → Remove).
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time, or disconnect intervals.icu (you can also revoke the API key in intervals.icu → Settings → Developer Settings). For any privacy request, contact your group administrator, who will pass it to us. We will respond within 30 days (usually the same week). You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
