Delete your Team Training account

In the app or website: sign in → Members → Your account → Delete my account, then confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate and you are signed out.

What is deleted:

• your profile (name, email, password, colour, heart-rate settings, steps goal)
• your saved intervals.icu Athlete ID and encrypted API key
• all your synced activities, daily wellness data (steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep…) and planned workouts
• your dashboard layouts

Nothing is deleted in intervals.icu itself. To stop all access, also regenerate your API key in intervals.icu → Settings → Developer Settings. Private server backups may keep a copy for up to 30 days, after which it is gone.

Can't sign in? Ask your group admin to remove you (Members → Remove), or to reset your access.
